What keeps you busy?
Working out and working tend to keep me extremely busy. My schedule is typically very consistent. However, I love to travel, spend time with family/friends, explore different coffee shops, explore new gyms, go hiking, and cook/bake!
What is your view on tattoos?
I have them and love mine. Mine are very sentimental to me!
What three clothing items can’t you live without?
Sports bra, leggings, sweatshirts.
What is your dream job?
Working for my own fitness-based company some day would be an absolute dream to me!
What do you do to stay in shape, or are you just a genetic freak?
In order to stay in shape, I remain consistent. After competing, I’ve learned that being “in shape” looks and feels different when you are in prep versus off season. But I am learning to love my body and strength in both versions! To stay in shape when I am not on prep, I continue to strength train as often as I can (4-6 times a week) and maintain a balanced diet. The key is to truly just hold yourself accountable.

What’s next for you?
Currently, I am in a position where I would like to make a change in my life. I have lived in Chicago my entire life and I am looking to move. I am still very young, and I want to explore the world and take chances while I can. I would rather say I moved someplace and didn’t like it then to not try and never know.
I want to continue being a special education teacher, as that is my passion. I also want to continue in my fitness journey and see where it takes me. I love being a personal trainer and I love pushing myself each day mentally, and physically in the gym! Stay tuned to find out what I do next! VIGOROUS
