The 2026 season reflects that growth in a big way, with both returning and brand-new contests being added to the East Coast calendar, each led by individuals who are personally invested in building something meaningful in their regions.
Connecticut: Building on a Strong Foundation
First up is the 2nd Annual IPL Connecticut Championship, returning to Shelton, Connecticut on March 28th. This contest is promoted by IPL Swimsuit Model Pro and IPL Coach Leann Kelly. After a strong debut in 2025, Leann is back for year two and continuing to build something special in Connecticut.
Leann pours her heart and soul into creating an unforgettable experience for every athlete who steps onto her stage. Her attention to detail, care for competitors, and commitment to quality have already made the Connecticut Championship a standout on the calendar, and her passion for the league continues to help grow the IPL presence throughout the Northeast.
Virginia: A Growing Stronghold for the IPL
Next is the 3rd Annual IPL Virginia Championship in South Hill, Virginia, promoted by IPL Swimsuit Model Pro, Natural GAINZ Magazine cover girl, VIGOROUS Magazine cover girl, certified IPL judge and IPL Coach Samantha England. Samantha is a true powerhouse within the IPL, bringing both professionalism and heart to everything she does.
She is deeply committed to giving athletes an exceptional experience and continues to play a major role in strengthening the IPL community in Virginia. With each year, her contest has grown in both size and reputation, becoming a trusted stage for athletes looking for high-quality competition and an environment that truly values them.
Richmond: A New Stage, A New Leader
Making its debut in 2026 is the 1st Annual IPL James River Classic in Richmond, Virginia. This contest is promoted by IPL Fitness Angels Pro, VIGOROUS Magazine cover girl, and IPL Coach Adro Gainer, who is stepping into the promoter role for the very first time.
After competing in Samantha’s 2025 Virginia Championship contest earlier in the year, Adro fell in love with the IPL experience and immediately wanted to bring that same energy and opportunity to her own region. She is excited to host and is committed to delivering something truly special for athletes in Richmond, helping expand the IPL’s reach while maintaining the same athlete-first values the league is known for.
Looking Ahead: More Growth on the Horizon
And the momentum does not stop there. While not officially announced yet, the IPL has a new contest in the works for Upstate New York, to be promoted by Carla Zamudio. The details are still being finalized, but the excitement and forward motion are very real.
Once confirmed, this contest will open yet another exciting opportunity for natural athletes in the Northeast to take the IPL stage and be part of a growing, connected community that continues to stretch farther across the country.
