What is the motto or mantra you try to live your life by?

I have a few but really, they are all summed up in this, “Live a life of adventure, with no regrets.”

What keeps you busy?

I am busier than a one-legged man in a but kicking contest! I am a fitness professional, so running my business in person and online. I also have many side hustles as other streams of income. Throw in my passion for the outdoors, climbing mountains, backpacking and paddle boarding and I have just enough time to spend with Ransom, my horse.

What is your view on tattoos?

I love tattoos. I have 5 currently and may get one more to commemorate my hike of the 2,193 mile Appalachian Trail.

What three clothing items can’t you live without?

Seriously, this is a hard one! I’ll go with gym leggings, shorts and a bikini!

What is your dream job?

I love what I do now as a fitness professional and weight loss coach. I guess if I could dream, it would be to have something online that was fully automated and generating a great income that would allow me to just travel, hike and ride my horse.

What do you do to stay in shape, or are you just a genetic freak?

I love the gym and working out. The older I get, the harder staying in shape has become. I keep an eye on what goes into my body and pull back when I see the scale hit a certain point. I always allow myself the freedoms to relax and enjoy all foods. It’s so easy to get completely out of control. But being able to recognize that and get back on plan is vital.

SPEED ROUND:

Favorite Color: Don’t have one.
Favorite Food: Peanut butter and Jelly on ritz crackers is my all-time favorite and also the first to go when I am prepping for a competition.
Dream Car: I love the classics! 1968 RS/SS Camaro or 1967 GTO. But my ultimate dream car would be a 1956 Corvette.
Are you a fast or slow driver? Oh! I am fast, hands down! Unless I’m pulling a horse trailer.
Favorite part of your body? This is an interesting question. My favorite part of my own body would be my shoulders/arms.
Favorite part of a man’s body? I am a chest girl. I love a guy with a nice chest and broad, big shoulders. Then it’s the eyes and smile.
Bars, clubs, both or none? I’m not into either at this stage in my life. I don’t mind going out every once in a while to go dancing. I love dancing. Especially country.
Favorite beer, cocktail, and/or shot? Maui Brewing Pineapple Mana is my favorite beer and I love good whiskey!
Favorite city/country to party in? I don’t really party. Haven’t in many years. Ireland was a great time and I enjoyed some Guinness with the locals.

Are you excited about the release of this issue of VIGOROUS with you in it?

I am over the top excited and so honored! I have been smiling since I found out!

What’s next for you?

I plan to compete in the future along with helping to put on an IPL competition here in Alaska. I hope to grow the team that my fellow IPL Pro, La’net and I coach and travel with them to compete. I have my new business of being an outdoor hiking and backpacking guide almost ready to roll and hope to grow it in the future and do hikes all over Alaska and the US. I will continue to travel and adventure as much as I can. Hiking, paddle boarding, skiing, riding horses and so much more. I am extremely spontaneous and love just doing things without a plan. I have so many dreams to make a reality! VIGOROUS
