Are you excited about the release of this issue of VIGOROUS with you in it?
I am extremely honored to be in VIGOROUS with so many outstanding women.
First thing that comes to mind when you hear…
…“Donald Trump”: No comment.
…”Winter”: Only love it because of Christmas.
…”Spring”: Thank goodness I survived Winter!
…”Marijuana”: No Thanks.
What’s next for you?
Now that I have competed in my first IPL show and learned the correct way to take care of my body and exercise, I plan to continue my journey. I plan to continue daily personal workouts, weekly trainings with my coach at 88 Fitness, and prepare for the next show which will be even better than the first. IPL has taught me to surround myself with women that bring out the best in me and to have the confidence that I owe to myself. Age is just a number and there is never a “too late”. So only great things are to come! VIGOROUS
