VIGOROUS MAGAZINE: What has been your favorite photo shoot to date?
KATIE ACUNA: My favorite shoot was my first shoot in Sacramento outside of the mansion. It was so cool! A lot of those photos were used in INSPIRE, SEAM and VIGOROUS!
VM: How would you describe your personal style…where do you pull your inspiration from?
KA: I’m a bit eclectic. Ha! Some people will describe me as edgy. I just go with whatever makes me feel good on that particular day. My mood often inspires my style for the day.
VM: Do you have any hidden talents?
KA: I can wiggle my ears! [laughs]
I am more shy in front of people than the camera. The camera feels more natural to me.

VM: Do you ever get shy in front of the camera?
KA: Not really. I am more shy in front of people than the camera. The camera feels more natural to me.
VM: Is modeling easy, or more strenuous than people realize?
KA: My experience in modeling has always been a lot of fun! Lots of laughing. I really enjoy modeling, so it never feels like anything other than a good time for me.
VM: Was modeling something you always wanted to do, or did it just kind of happen?
KA: Modeling is something I just kind of fell into when I was younger. After the first session, I was hooked. It was a lot of fun! I never really pursued modeling. It just finds me every now and then. I love it.
I would like to compete again in the near future! I’m working on my physical goals as we speak!

VM: If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
