If I’m stranded on a tropical island, I’m hoping a laptop, a kettlebell, and a small grill wash up with me.

You walk into a room and all eyes are on you. What is the first thing people notice?
My arms and shoulders—definitely.
You’re stranded on a tropical island…what three things do you hope washed up with you?
If I’m stranded on a tropical island, I’m hoping a laptop, a kettlebell, and a small grill wash up with me. The laptop keeps me connected, entertained, and always learning. The kettlebell lets me stay fit. And the grill? Because I need good food while I’m out there making the most of paradise.
We know you look like a goddess, but what’s one thing that makes you totally human?
I crack my knuckles and toes several times a day—especially when I get nervous.
Compete with yourself by always striving to become a better version of you.

What is the motto or mantra you try to live your life by?
The motto I live by is: Compete with yourself by always striving to become a better version of you. It’s a reminder not to compare myself to others because it’s about growing from who I was yesterday. That mindset keeps me grounded, focused, and motivated through every high and low on my journey.
What’s your idea of the perfect night out?
My idea of the perfect night out is going for a fun ride in a Slingshot for a couple of hours—music up, wind in my hair, just living in the moment. Then I’d head over to a mystery dinner experience to wrap up the night with some laughs, good food, and unexpected fun. I love a night that’s exciting, full of energy, and a little outside the box.
What is your view on tattoos?
I think tattoos are bold, expressive, and deeply personal. They represent a journey and can be a reminder of strength and purpose. I currently have one tattoo, and it reflects a piece of who I am. I definitely see myself getting more as I continue to grow and evolve.
One word that describes your vibe? 'Unstoppable.'

What’s one thing most people would never guess about you?
My highest recorded weight was 273 lbs. I fight daily to never return there—or even close to it.
What’s next for you?
What’s next for me is continuing to grow and elevate in this sport and beyond. Over the next year, I plan to compete in a few more divisions within the IPL and embrace the stage as a new Pro. In the next five years, I see myself transitioning from the workforce to focus fully on my passion—becoming a judge in the league, promoting a show, and expanding my brand as a fitness professional. My mission is to inspire health and wellness for everyone, especially middle-aged women, helping them realize it’s never too late to become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves. VIGOROUS
