Being on the cover of INSPIRE Magazine as I turn 65 this year, with 42 years in bodybuilding, is more than just a photo. It is a testament. After seven years off stage and overcoming heart surgery and breast cancer, stepping back under those lights was pure resilience. For the past three years, I have been judging and promoting with the International Physique League, often working behind the scenes. But this season felt personal. I have evolved, more driven, more grateful, and more alive than ever, and I am looking forward to many more years ahead with this natural league!
