What are the ages of your chilled? My daughter is 25, and my son is 22.
What keeps you busy? My work, the gym and studying.
What’s the best thing going on in your life right now? My job and my dream that will come true very soon.
What’s been the thing you lean on when life gets hard? I PRAY when things get tough.
What is one thing you would like to be remembered for? My bubbly personality.
How would you describe your life’s journey up to this point? It hasn’t been easy. It’s been up and down, but with the support of my friends and family I am able to pass through.
What are your sources of hope, strength, comfort, and peace? My kids, my coach and the gym are my sanctuaries when I need peace.
What sustains you and keeps you going? God and my children.

What single thing would you like to make certain you do (if possible) during your lifetime? I want to motivate as many people as I can to reach their fitness and health goals.
What do you think would probably surprise most people about you? That I have kids.
What is your greatest strength, and what are you doing to develop it? My ability to persevere in the face of adversity is my greatest strength. I therefore maintain a cheerful attitude.
What is the key to maintaining balance in your life? Always having a positive mindset.
What role does the stage and competing play for you? Why do you do it? What is your “why”? The stage and competition play a significant role in my life because they demonstrate to me that, with the right attitude and commitment, I can achieve anything. It also makes me feel very self-assured when I make it into SEAM Magazine. [smiles]
What would you say to someone who has never competed but is curious about it? Just do it.
What is next for you? I am hoping to get my IPL Pro Card and keep moving forward.
