“I hula hoop, ride a motorcycle, play lacrosse, scuba dive, snowboard and rescue animals.”

What has been your favorite photo shoot to date?

Havre de Grace board walk because it was in my home town and the backgrounds had great variety.

How would you describe your personal style…where do you pull your inspiration from?

My style is bold but also classy and comfortable. I do want to look sharp to carry confidence, but I also want to be cozy in most cases.

Do you have any hidden talents?

I hula hoop, ride a motorcycle, play lacrosse, scuba dive, snowboard and rescue animals.

Do you ever get shy in front of the camera?

I wouldn’t say I get shy, but it may take a few minutes to get comfortable with the camera, surroundings and photographer. Once all that settles in I’m comfortable in front of a camera.

Is modeling easy, or more strenuous than people realize?

Modeling is exceptionally more strenuous than people realize because it takes balance, strength, cardio, style in costume planning, technique in losing, discipline in nutrition, stress management to plan travel and then also perform both on stage for a full day then in front of a camera to follow for photoshoots. Endurance is a good word for what modeling requires.

Was modeling something you always wanted to do, or did it just kind of happen?

Modeling was organically in my childhood through a random Miss Teen Maryland pageant in the Harford Mall after getting glamour shots with my mom. I won and then we went on to travel to New York for another Miss USA where I got runner up and some in other miscellaneous awards. I did some photoshoots, but went to school and it fell off. It’s back because I’m a mom and doing this to regain full confidence in myself and show my kids what they are capable of doing for themselves.

Give us 5 facts about you people may not know.

If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Bone broth soup with homegrown veggies and garlic.
