I am incredibly honored to be featured on the cover of SEAM Magazine. If you had told me a few years ago that I would become an IPL Pro athlete, earn multiple pro cards, and appear on the cover of a magazine, I would have never believed you. At 48, I have learned that growth doesn't stop with age. In many ways, this chapter has been my most rewarding yet. As a wife, mother, executive, and athlete, I have discovered that we don't have to choose between our ambitions. We can continue to evolve, challenge ourselves, and pursue new goals at every stage of life. This cover is about so much more than fitness. It's about having the courage to start something new, believing in yourself before you have proof, and embracing the idea that your best chapters may still be ahead of you. To every woman wondering if it's too late, it isn't.
