SEAM Magazine Summer 2025 articles and features begin dropping in May.
Cover photo from Bre’s photoshoot the day before the April 2025 2nd Annual IPL Virginia Championship in South Hill. At APEX 49-years-young, mother of six and IPL newcomer Bre Wilson placed 1st in Evening Gown Masters 40+, earning her IPL Pro Card. She also placed 3rd in Shape Masters 40+ and 2nd Fitness Angels Masters 40+.
I'm excited and humbled to be featured on the cover of SEAM Magazine. As a woman approaching 50, instead of slowing down like expected, I chose to push harder and rise stronger. Every challenge reminds me that age is just a mindset, not a limit. This moment is not about muscles and Pro Cards, it's about discipline, growth, and self-respect. I never even imagined that I’d be here. I hope to inspire other women to know it’s never too late to chase goals or step into their power. We’re always evolving, and our strength only grows with time. This cover is a celebration of that truth and of every woman who dared to begin later in life.
