2X IPL Pro Champion Valerie Vanario-Mullins lit up the stage in AZ. Stepping on stage with momentum from her IPL APEX VIII success, Valerie added to her legacy in Arizona by earning another Pro title. She clinched 1st place and her Pro Card in Shape Masters 40+, then immediately jumped into her Pro Debut in Pro Masters Shape…and won it! She also delivered strong performances across the board, placing 4th in Bikini Open, 2nd in Pro Masters Bikini, and 2nd in Shape Open.

I was in the middle of a ground beef & veggie bowl when I got the notification I’d been selected as the Fall 2025 SEAM cover! Me! A 45-year-old wife, mom, grandma, medical professional, 2x IPL Pro Champion…and now a magazine cover girl! To women everywhere...we can be ALL the things: soft and strong, wise and playful, fit and fabulous. My advice? Eat well. Lift heavy. Choose happiness. Love yourself. Spread positivity. Live your best life...you only get one. If it matters, make it happen. If not, you’ll make excuses. The choice is yours!
