Natural GAINZ Magazine Spring 2025 articles and features begin dropping in January.

Cover image captured at Red Strength gym during September 2024 IPL Golden Heart Classic Weekend in Fairbanks, Alaska. At the Golden Heart Classic contest Kirsten placed high in all classes she entered, including a 1st place spot in Fitness Angels Open, earning her Pro Card.

Just two months later Kirsten returned to the IPL stage for November 2024 APEX VIII in Phoenix, Arizona. At APEX Kirsten would deliver a clean sweep, placing 1st in every division she entered. Including Figure Open, Bikini Open, Pro Bikini, Pro Fitness Angels, and Evening Gown Open. When the dust settled, Kirsten walked away with five 1st place wins, Three new Pro Cards, and Two Pro titles.

This is Kirsten’s second magazine cover since joining the IPL in September 2024. She is also featured on the Winter 2024 cover of Athlete Entrepreneur Magazine.

I feel honored and grateful for the opportunity to be featured on another magazine cover for the IPL. It is a great privilege to be recognized in such a prestigious publication and I am excited to share my story with a wider audience. I look forward to the exposure and the chance to inspire others through my journey in the IPL world.
