After a devastating car accident left her son Austin a ventilator-dependent quadriplegic, Tina Campbell’s life was forever changed. The relentless fight to save his life, endure the medical system, and carry the weight of her own health battles—including cervical cancer and a full hysterectomy—nearly broke her. Then came the loss of her best friend, pushing Tina to the edge of exhaustion and self-neglect.
But through the pain, she found her strength, turning to bodybuilding as both a personal rebirth and a tribute to her son’s warrior spirit. At 52, Tina stepped onto the IPL stage not just transformed but unshakably empowered—earning an Inspiration & Transformation Top Transformation Award, two Pro Cards, and multiple titles, proving that love, faith, and grit can turn tragedy into triumph.
