She’s back! The unstoppable Rhonda Flagstad returns for her second feature in VIGOROUS Magazine, bringing all the energy, sass, and sparkle we’ve come to love. Whether she’s slaying the IPL stage in Shape, Swimsuit, or Evening Gown divisions, dancing Hawaiian-style in Alaska, or chasing the sun on motorcycles and side-by-sides, Rhonda lives life full throttle. With her next competition on deck and summer adventures calling, we caught up with her to talk tattoos, tequila, and what keeps her vibe forever energetic.

Love them! I have 3 and looking at getting a 4th one.

I learned how to Hawaiian dance in Alaska.

Favorite part of your body? Eyes.
Bars, clubs, both or none? Both can be fun with the right crowd, but I mostly would be in a bar.
Favorite beer, cocktail, and/or shot: Jack & Diet Dr. Pepper / shot – a good tequila.
Favorite city/country to party in: Rochester, MN or Fairbanks, Alaska. However, anywhere can be fun with friends and family.

What’s next for you?
I’m really looking forward to this next year! I’ve got a competition with the IPL coming up on May 3rd in Phoenix, which I’m super excited about. After that, I’m ready to dive into summer—riding motorcycles and side-by-sides is one of my favorite ways to enjoy the season. I also love to travel, and I’ve got a couple of fun trips planned for the fall—Mexico and Nashville are both on the list! VIGOROUS
