VIGOROUS Magazine Fall 2024 Cover
“I am truly honored and thrilled to express my heartfelt gratitude for being featured on the cover of VIGOROUS Magazine for the Fall 2024 edition. This recognition is incredibly special to me as it beautifully aligns with my lifelong commitment to promoting health and wellness. It was an unforgettable experience to compete in my first fitness competition during the August 2024 9th Annual IPL Southwest Grand Prix Weekend in Arizona. I am beyond excited to have won three Pro Cards. This achievement is not just a personal milestone, but a profound opportunity to inspire and motivate others to take charge of their well-being through exercise, positive thinking, and a healthy lifestyle. I also admire that the IPL is a natural Physique Competition which ensures all athletes are free of performance enhancing drugs. This ensures a level-playing field which upholds ethical standards. It also allows us to be positive role models by encouraging the community by showing natural and healthy ways to achieve fitness goals. The very essence of VIGOROUS—being strong, healthy, and full of energy—resonates deeply with my own mission. I am known for my positive energy, and it is one of my goals to help improve people’s morale by trying to be a good example of allowing yourself to be happy with your achievements and believe in yourself. To set goals and work towards them no matter if it is a short-term goal or a long-term goal. I am immensely grateful to IPL and VIGOROUS Magazine for providing me with this platform to amplify my message and connect with so many wonderful people. Thank you once again for this extraordinary opportunity.”
