MiBoLife is the parent company behind a growing media, publishing, and production ecosystem dedicated to promoting healthy, active, drug-free lifestyles. Founded in 2010 by Ben Yosef, MiBoLife began as a coaching and transformation business rooted in the philosophy of Mind. Body. Life. Built on helping individuals achieve lasting physical and personal change, the company quickly evolved beyond coaching into storytelling and media creation.
In 2013, MiBoLife expanded into publishing with the launch of MiBoLife Publishing. This division was created to fill a gap in the fitness media landscape. While many outlets highlighted enhanced physiques, few celebrated natural, drug-tested athletes or explored the deeper stories behind their journeys. MiBoLife Publishing was built to change that by documenting authentic transformation, competition preparation, and the long-term pursuit of wellness through sustainable training and nutrition.
The first publication, NATURALMAG, debuted in February 2013 and established the foundation for a growing portfolio of titles. Additional magazines followed, including Natural GAINZ and Natural Bikini, expanding coverage across divisions and audiences. Over time the catalog continued to grow with VIGOROUS Magazine, SEAM Magazine, ATHLETIC Magazine, INSPIRE Magazine, and Athlete Entrepreneur Magazine. Each publication focuses on athlete features, contest coverage, lifestyle content, and inspirational storytelling that reaches beyond the stage.
MiBoLife Publishing serves as more than a print platform. It functions as a media engine documenting the full athlete experience before competition, during preparation, and long after the curtain closes. This commitment to storytelling and visibility led to the creation of the International Physique League in 2015. The IPL provides a competitive stage that integrates directly with MiBoLife’s publishing and media outlets, allowing athletes to move from competition floors to magazine covers, interviews, and video features.
As media consumption evolved, MiBoLife Publishing expanded beyond print into video and broadcast storytelling. Projects such as The Real IPL reality series, IPL PRESS PASS interviews, athlete promotional content, and The IPL Podcast demonstrate continued investment in modern platforms that amplify athlete voices and community engagement.
